The sharp-eyed among you may have noticed a few... changes to the Linux Developer Network site that happened overnight.
These style changes are part of an ongoing effort to unify the look and feel of all of the Linux Foundation's web properties.
Beginning with last month's launch of the new Video site, the style of the Foundation's sites has been changed to a more utilitarian, graphic-oriented style. Each site shares several common elements: navigation, tools, styles, and logos--while also keeping their own sense of identity.
To take advantage of a new, seperate identity, the Foundation launched a new Events web site this month. The site provides a more stylish showcase for all of the different Linux Foundation events, as well as a more efficient registration system.
The main Linux Foundation site will also be re-styled to match the new format. You can check it out in its beta form right now.
We hope you like the new look-and-feel of the new LDN. All of the existing features are still in place, so we invite you to participate in the forums, the brainstorms, and even post an article or two. The site is here for you to share information and details about Linux development. We've spruced it up just for you.
