Welcome to the LDN Rewards Program! Here you will find all the information you need regarding the program and other useful stuff such as how to earn points, the highest point earners and your point details.
Every contribution and some actions you make on the site will earn you points that will be used to determine your status within the community. Plus, these points will be used for future prizes such as a chance to attend the Linux DevCon next year at EclipseCon. The point values given are based upon the types of contributions - original articles and forum responses are weighted more heavily than other types. Also, points awarded are based upon the rankings of the contributions by the community and higher ranked content will be weighted higher.

How to earn points:
- invite members to the site
- post forum topics
- respond to forum topics
- contribute both original articles written specifically for the site or external reference articles from other sites
- submit a tip-n-trick
- add a brainstorm idea on general linux development
- write blog entries (bloggers must be approved - request an LDN blog here)
- comment on any content
- vote on any content
